# KYC Verification Unique.vc offers individual club members to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification with[ Civic](https://www.civic.com/). Additionally, a club Founder can request all members to be KYC verified in order to be able to join the club. Following KYC compliance, founders can determine whether an investor/member is truly who he claims to be and can make sure that this user has not been prohibited from accessing financial systems.
