The Project Fundraise governance model.

This governance model has been carefully designed to ease the fundraising process for the founders and to protect and empower investors.

When creating a club for the purpose of raising funds for a project, Founders can choose one governance option only - Project Fundraise. This model comes with some predefined configurations.

In this governance model, Founders are not able to participate in the fundraiser, nor influence the outcome of proposals. They can create a club, define the amount to be fundraised, and invite investors to join. Once the funds have been raised, and all investors have agreed to invest in the project, they can transfer the funds.

Investors on the other hand are the ones influencing the outcomes of proposals and can be involved in the money flow control and post-raise governance.
